She also founded and led her own brand consultancy, Brand Baker, advising businesses on brand strategy, market positioning, and product development.

Bethan continues to offer consultancy and coaching to both industry and academia, drawing on her deep expertise in brand leadership, retail innovation, and strategic growth. Her work supports organisations in navigating change, unlocking creative potential, and aligning commercial and cultural objectives.
